What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Do you accept WorkCover claims, Motor Vehicle Accident claims, DVA, and care plan (i.e. 5 visists under medicare) referrals?

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. We require paperwork with the following information: Insurer, case manager, and claim number.

Care Plans (i.e. medicare visits) require a referral from your GP. This allows a medicare rebate for each of those appointments, which covers a significant portion of your appointment.
